so I get home from work yesterday morning .I am a night time shift supervisor , and I got my lil one off to school.So I was not tired and decide , why not play a quick game of CoH.
I sit down after grabbing a coca cola and load up - get the lastest patch done and reenter the game.
Hit Campaigne and select mission 5 .I forgot the name of the mission but its the one where you MUST secure to Road for allies to move the supplies to forward lines.
Well things get off to a greta start , My tanks rush forward to support Dog Company who is way too far ahead of advance amror forces . We get a couple lucky shots and destory the tanks quickly , as for my men they ge t a great sticky bomb shot and destor yan engine on other and the tanks then get a Destor yMain gun crit! Life is godo so far. I soon wipe out the forces who have penned Dog Company in the court yard area.
I am thinkin SWEET I am on a roll now !
I get to work making my base - call forth more Eng. to help set up new buildings and reenforce the ones there.I also start sending out units to secure points and take out Krout positions along road way.
Things are looking great so far ! My Tanks are blasting the crews of Anti Tank guns and I can make the men use those gun later ! I Love freebie Artillery LOL:p
So then I hear it , a neighbor rapping on my door , I go and they ask me to help them move some stuff quickly.So I am like sure why not , I go hel pthe mfast and get it done in around 3 minutes and then some other people start talking and we BS for around 10 minutes.
I the nreturn and see the Germans have blew aprat all my forces and have wiped out all my base HQ and I have a 2 man engineer squad left. I was liek ARG !!!!!!:HB:
I forgot to hit puase .
So its back to the drawing board again and hope to never forget the pause button again !
Moral of the story - Never help neighbors again since they allows interupt you during a key battle LOL . Joking folks ! I just had to share that lil story with you all and I hoep to read more stories on here from other players .
