CnC 3 - how do you like so far? (No spoilers please)

The thread title covers it all.

So what does everybody think of Command and Conquer 3 so far? (Those that have it, at least). I'm still trying to decide if I'll want the game or not.

And if this is anything like TMNT, I'm more likely to agree with the opinions of the average webuser than the critics.

lol what? I don't kno who told you TMNT was going to be even close to C&C3.

I think he means something along the lines of:

TMNT isn't anything brand new or fancy that we haven't seen before, but to the casual person interested in a good time it'll be a good movie.

CnC3 is not a step forward for the franchise, but it isn't a step back. Graphics are awesome, the addition of the Scrim faction is cool, but nothing too new or exciting. Thus, the critics might not overly enjoy CnC3, but the casual gamer would.

C&C3 is an awsome game with cool graphics, but, there is nothing new, everything is the same as other games:(

CnC3 is a classic built RTS, nothing to fancy nothing out of the ordinary, just massive online game play with awesome maps and fast gameplay. Just how CnC is suppose to be.

However, each previous game has added something.

There's no new units in CnC3, there's a new faction, but they have to add something to give it a different title.

I think what people are saying is that they could play Tiberium Wars and have the same experience, saving the 50 dollars.

I never played any of the other Cnc games. So i'm liking it for the moment :D

The campaign is much better than any of the previous, the game play is also much faster and fluid, I think main judgment needs to be held off until the first balance patch rolls out. Everyone is still get use to build orders etc...

But it is a classic RTS which plays well...

Yea, but the people who ahve issues don't have issues with BO's--they have issues with the game as a whole.

I like the game, I'm just relaying what I've heard many people say.

i find it good i didn have the others c&cs tho, once the patch comes 2 itll be a great game imo

I've played all the CNC games and I have to say, CNC3 is the best so far. However, the story, acting and FMVs are not as good as Tiberium Sun/Firestorm.

I've got the game now.

I must say, I'm loving the campaign. Having not played the CnC games before, I must say I haven't played anything this involved since Warcraft III.

(And I used cheats a lot in Blizzard's campaigns, to boot. No doing that here.)

this game is awesome I especially love scorpion tanks they are so sexxay this game wont be as much fun after the patch though...i hate balanced games lol

I have been playing C&C from the very beggining and I am somewhat dissapointed in the C&C3. It has the same type of maps and strategy layout. Was it worth the $30.00? I don't think it was.
