I don't quite get your question, Mendes - can you restate it or something?
I imagine that Blizzard wants 3 diverse races with very different gameplay mechanics, myself, but that are fairly balanced.
One thing that I imagine will change stategy dramatically is the addition of all the basebreakers/infiltrators like Reapers, Colossi, and Nydus Worms - these will mean that an SC II player will have to pay more attention to his walls.
I can see a Terran strat being to rush Reapers and then go for the other player's SCVs/Drones/Probes ASAP from the rear of the base.

okok, here we go.
On SC I it was quiet hard to know who gona wins a match cause u could still win if u had not the advantage. on games like BFME II(Games of Today) if u have advantage at start u usealy win the match throught.

Ah. I see.
Well, in Starcraft, there is a bit of that too - if your base is attacked, you manage to beat off the attackers, but you lose critical buildings (e.g. Hydralisk Den, Spawning Pool, Barracks) and SCVs, you may not be able to recover in time to repel the next assault.
I expect that Blizzard wants to create the same type of gameplay - however, I think that if you're hit properly and hard early on, you may not be able to recover. Unlike CnC and the BFME games, Starcraft is all about expansion and creating secondary bases- if you can't expand fast enough, you'll be unable to build a decent army and thus die - so if your enemy hits you hard early on, you may lose simply because he's able to use the lull to expand his resource pool. This would not allow him to immediately crush you, and in fact give you a bit of time to recover, but it would permit him to build up a few secondary bases. These would have a few effects:
1. If they're on the way to his main base, a possible distraction allowing him more time to deploy a counterattacking force.
2. A harder opponent with a larger army (due to more supply/psi/Overlords) and possibly more advanced/upgraded units.
And if I made a point in that mess of a post, than woohoo for me.

Well, I don't think that English is Mendes' first language, so he should get somewhat of a break.
Anyway, back on topic - what does everyone else think?
