New Forum Layout!

While we rebuilt the site from the ground up we have also taken the time to adjust the forums to what we think would be a more pleasent layout. While I know nothing is perfect in everyones eyes, I would still like to get your feedback on the new forum layout. Tell us what you think and what should be removed or added.

Look for changes in the placement of forums, not in the skin/theme/template :P
